As was reported here, the use of the Konfigurator (and, to my knowledge, only the use of the Konfigurator) would cause SystemK-based devices to perform erratically or not at all. In particular, BLE-based features like the KPoint game mode did not work at all. This fix address some of the root causes of that misbehavior.
