Joe Kearney	430aec54b8	Reworked BLE according to v0.12 of the KTag Beacon Specification (#5) ... This change to SystemK implements version 0.12 of the KTag Beacon Specification. Joe Kearney	7aa827563a	Better feedback (lights and sounds) for reentry (#4) ... At Mike's request, I added better feedback (lights and sounds) for reentry after being tagged out. The UX now mimics the countdown at the beginning of the game (with the accompanying boop-boop-boop-boop-boop-BEEP sounds), which should help new players understand what is going on.
